Carlsson was a Swedish painter and graphic artist. He studied mural painting at Filip Månsson's studio in Stockholm, but on the whole he was self taught. His works were regularly exhibited and his murals appear on public buildings in Sweden. Known for his landscapes and figurines as well as al frescos and lithographs. Carlson is represented at Östergötlands's museum.
