Refund policy

All our items are antique or vintage - they tell a story of their own! Each unique piece has its own character and may show signs of wear and tare. Please look at the photos carefully and read the description so you are aware of the full description before purchasing.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and you wish to make a return, please email us as soon as possible. We will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery and will refund the full amount (minus shipping costs which are non-refundable). 

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item and any returned items must be suitably and fully packaged to avoid damage in transit (the original packaging can be used). 

Refunds will be made upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours, with a description of the damage and photos of the packaging and any damage to the piece.
