Lars Florén was a prolific Swedish painter, craftsman and textile artist, much of his work is still represented in various galleries today. Commenting on what he found interesting in his own work and study "namely...the ability of the brush technique itself to suggest life and light". His expressive style and use of colour is gentle yet distinct.
